MothersForSale.com, Inc. is not liable to the users of its service or to its registered members for the content, quality, performance, or any other aspect of information provided by its users and members and transmitted by this service, nor is it responsible for any errors in the transmission of said information. Nor is MothersForSale.com, Inc. responsible for any damages to a person, arising in any manner out of the use of this service. The users and members acknowledge that they assume all risk and/or responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the use of this service.

Indemnification

The user and/or member shall indemnify and hold harmless MothersForSale.com, Inc., its officers, and employees, from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from the user's use of or participation in this service or the information contained thereon.

Profile Disclaimer

MothersForSale.com, Inc. has posted all profiles without explicit knowledge about the people who submitted them. If you suspect a person of any wrongdoing, or wish to report him or her for a violation of our policy, please fill out our online feedback form.

Electronic Mail

MothersForSale.com, Inc. reserves the right to send registered users, including guest members, electronic mail regarding its products and services. MothersForSale.com also forwards mail anonymously from other customers to users who have posted profiles that are publicly visible on the site. You agree to accept such mail and to attempt to resolve any questions or problems regarding any e-mail originating from MothersForSale.com through our Customer Service department. MothersForSale.com will not send any user electronic mail if that user opts out of the process by disenrolling via the checkbox at the bottom of the page. You agree to dis-enroll from receiving email from MothersForSale.com solely by either this method or by contacting our Customer Service department directly. You understand that it may take up to forty-eight hours for Customer Service to remove your address if that is the method you choose to exercise.
